Regal Apartments Pty Ltd is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not meet the expected style required. Please view accommodation at our website www.regalapartments.com.au prior to booking and call our office if you have any queries.

 

Accessing Apartments: There may be occasions when Regal Apartments staff must access your room during your stay. Reception will try to contact you in advance. If they cannot get in contact with you, they will leave a note letting you know that they have entered.  Housekeeping checks all in-house rooms daily to replenish Breakfast Packs. At the same time, they will turn off lights and air-con when apartments are vacant.

 

Building Maintenance: There may be occasions where equipment such as the elevator are due for maintenance or repair and will be out of order. Guests will be informed in advance where possible. Regal Apartments cannot be held responsible for any unforseen breakdown of equipment and will endeavour to have repairs carried out immediately. Regal Apartments will not reimburse guests for any costs incurred during these times. No compensation, expenses, costs or other sums of any description (including without limitation the cost of securing alternative accommodation) will be payable in such circumstances by either the accommodation owner or Regal Apartments Pty Ltd.

 

Cancellations: 48 hours notice is required prior to your arrival regarding any alteration or cancellation to your booking to receive a refund (excludes group bookings/conditions apply). If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to arrival no refund will be given. Please note there is an administration fee of $35 for any cancellations. 

 

Car Bays:  If you wish to have access to a car bay a fee of $22 per day is payable.   Please inform reception prior to check in so that payment can be made and access to car park arranged. Secondary vehicles and guests must park off site. Vehicles cannot remain on the premises after checkout. Please note that the second level car park has a tight turning circle so if you have a large car, please park on the ground floor. Regal Apartments is not responsible for any damage or break-ins as owners are to park at their own risk. A $250 fine is imposed for vehicles parked without a valid permit.

 

Cleaning Charges: Guests will be charged $66 extra per hour if the apartment takes longer than the normal amount of time to clean. You can avoid this by; placing towels in the bathroom, emptying your bin etc. Please free surfaces and allow access to the walls during an occupied clean. Occupied Cleans are carried out only if your booking is for 7 nights or more.

 

Complimentary Items: Tea, coffee, sugar, whitener, toilet paper and dishwashing detergent are provided in your apartments. These items will not be replaced throughout your stay.

 

Damages: Guests are responsible for all damages to items within the property. Any items that are found to be broken will be charged directly to the credit card supplied. This includes damages caused by your visitors.

 

Fire: In the event of a fire please proceed to the nearest fire exit and make your way to the front entrance where staff will assist you to the muster area located at the grassed area across the road in Regal Place. Please treat the activation of the fire alarm as correct and respond immediately. Refer to the fire evacuation plan on the back of the apartment’s front door.

 

 

Payments: Please be aware that the total payment will be charged to your credit card upon booking. All additional charges will be debited from your card or invoiced on your departure. Any unpaid accounts will be forwarded to our nominated debt collection agency and all costs will be passed onto the guest for recovery of all funds. "Credit and Debit Cards will incur a 1.5% surcharge as from the 1st April 2014”

 

 

Pets: Please be aware, Regal Apartments is a pet free building (except guide dogs).

 

Smoking/Security Call Out: Regal Apartments is strictly a NON-SMOKING building (under current WA legislation): There is a $250 fine for smoking in the apartments. The $250 fine is also applicable if the smoke detector is tampered with or in circumstances where the fire alarm is set off due to smoking. If FESA are called out then any charges will be passed onto the guest if there is a false alarm.  A fee is charged if the Secuirty Company is called out to let a guest in (as they have forgotten their key) or if they set the fire alarm off. You are not permitted to cook in the apartment any dish likely to leave a long lasting odour in the apartment.  This is for the benefit of future tenants.  You agree that if you do we are entitled to, and will, charge you an amount of $250 to cover the cost we will incur in having the apartment deodorised.

 

Telephone: The apartment is equipped with a telephone. Only local calls can be made and they are charged at a standard rate of $0.22 per call. Dial ‘9’ for a line out or ‘0’ for reception. You can contact other in-house guests in other apartments by dialling ‘1’ followed by the apartment number.

 

Visitors: Parties are not permitted within the apartments. No more than 5 people shall be within the apartment at any one time and visitors must leave by 10pm. You may be fined up to $1,000 for holding parties at the premises. This covers the costs of causing a disturbance, after hours staff wages, cleaning and repairing of damages.

 

CHECK-IN TIME IS FROM 2:00PM

If checking in during office hours please collect your key at reception. If arriving after hours please collect your key from our lockbox, located on the left hand side of the front entrance to Regal Apartments.

 

(How to retrieve your keys) - Lock Box Access: Please press in your lockbox code into the dial  and then turn the dial clockwise. An envelope with your name will be in the lock box, it will contain the key to your apartment and the security card to access the building. Please ensure that you come to reception the next day during office hours to complete the check-in paperwork.

 

Security Card Access: Your security card allows access to the car park and the lobby entrances. The card works by holding it against the swipe panel located near each entry and exit gates. This activates a beeping sound which then allows access to the apartments.

 

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00AM

On your departure, please ensure your account has paid in full together with any additional telephone or sundry charges. If departing during office hours, please leave your key at reception. If you are departing after hours please leave your key on the kitchen bench or in the silver mailbox next to the swipe panel located at the car park exit gate. Lost keys will result a $60 fine per set (apartment key and security card). A late check-out fee applies.
